Practice this Week
We have practice Monday-Wednesday at MSUM. Thursday practice will be at Moorhead High School starting at 8PM. There is no practice on Friday. Moorhead High School practices, please enter through door 19 and take a right down the hall. There will be a team practicing before us. Please do not arrive before 7:45PM out of respect for the other team.

FUN MEET
Our Fun Meet will be on October 13th and 14th. A separate email will go out about the fun meet and what it is all about!
 
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
 
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
