Practice this Week
We have practice Wednesday and Friday at MSUM this week!
Please note, Friday practice starts at 6PM AND Wednesday the mens locker room will be unavailable; atheltes can use the bathrooms out in the hallway.
Thursday practice will be at Moorhead High School. Please do not arrive before 7:45PM on Thursday for practice.
Fun Meet
We have our fun meet this week on Monday and Tuesday at MSUM! Please arrive by 6:50PM. We hope to start at 7:15PM if all goes well. Below are the athletes signed up for Monday and Tuesday. Please look this over, as there have been changes over the weekend and we want to make sure everyone is signed up on the correct days. Programs will be sent out tomorrow. We are still looking for help for the meet. You can sign up on SportsEngine!

Clothing Order
We will have our clothing order samples on Monday and Tuesday this week during the Fun Meet for you to look at, along with order forms! Clothing should arrive before Christmas! All order forms are due on Tuesday to Coach Jess.
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
