Practice this Week
We have practice Monday - Thursday at MSUM this week! We do not have practice on Friday due to Halloween!!! GOLD: Please note you start practice at 6:50PM on Thursday!
Halloween Party
We will have our Halloween party on Thursday this week! We will have a costume contest, Halloween relays and goodies for the athletes! Costume Contest: Wear your Halloween costume to practice to get a chance to win a prize! Athletes will change into their suits after a group photo of all the athletes who dressed up! See you there!

MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
