Hello Red Dragon Families!
Practice this Week
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday will be at MSUM. Friday will be at Moorhead High School. For Moorhead High School practice, please do not show up before 7:45PM.
As it is darker before and after practice, we do ask parents to come into the building to pick up their athletes. This is for your athlete's safety. We also ask families to use the main pool doors to enter and exit. Please do NOT use the emergency exit back pool doors.
Parent Meeting
We have a parent meeting on Thursday at 6:55PM at MSUM. We will discuss time standards and what they mean!
WFF Meet
We have our first meet on Sunday at the Hulbert Aquatic Center! Please arrive by 10:15AM. Meet starts at 11:45AM. This meet will be running two pools at the same time. We ask for patience as this will be the first time for many teams attending a meet like this.

Seniors! Please take time to fill out the Google form for your senior spotlight recognition on social media!
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
