Hello Red Dragon Families!
Practice this Week
We have practice Monday - Thursday this week at MSUM! Friendly, we will have a Team Event on Friday!
As it is darker before and after practice, we do ask parents to come into the building to pick up their athletes. This is for your athlete's safety. We also ask families to use the main pool doors to enter and exit. Please do NOT use the emergency exit back pool doors.
Team Event - Christmas Giving Back Party
Join us for our December Team Event! Christmas Party at M.B. Johnson Park in the Small Shelter Building! We will have the athletes coloring Christmas Cards for patients in the hospital and nursing homes. We will have a Christmas movie playing for the athletes and hot chocolate, and some snacks!
Beginner Minis, Advanced Minis and Bronze will be 5:30 - 7:00PM. Movie: The Grinch, Rated PG
Silver and Gold will be 7:15 - 9:00PM. Movie: Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Starring Jim Carrey. Rated PG
Please RSVP by December 9th in SportsEngine! Depending on RSVP, times may be adjusted.
WFF Meet - RECAP
FANTASTIC work for our Red Dragons this weekend! This is one of the toughest meets as they are coming back from a holiday break, and they did AWESOME! We even had a team record taken down in the 10 and Under Boys 100 Fly by Cameron R!
We took 3rd overall at the meet!

NLSA Meet - Meet Information
Arrive by 10:15am. Warm-ups begin at 10:30am. Meet starts at 12:00pm. If programs are shared they will be sent out later this week. Meet is at Moorhead High School.

Our Home Meet is just around the corner! Mark your calendars, as we need everyone's help to make it a success! Meet information is posted and ready for you to declare your events! Below is the Volunteer sign-up and the Hospitality and Concession sign-up!
2026 USA Swimming Registration
We are approaching the new year! Make sure to renew your athlete before January 1st. We HIGHLY recommend renewing before December 15 in case there are any issues with your registration. The USA Swimming and MN Swim offices will have very limited hours in December to assist. Returning families, you can renew in the USA Swimming App. New families who started in September, your registration should be good through December 2026. If you are unsure, you can log into your USA Swimming account and check your membership card, and look at the year. Friendly reminder USA Swimming is separate from SportsEngine. Athletes can not participate in practice or meets if they are not registered with USA Swimming. Below is the list of those registered for 2026.

Seniors! Please take time to fill out the Google form for your senior spotlight recognition on social media!
MESSAGE FROM MSUM
MSUM deep cleaned the filters and pool, which had many hair ties, gum, etc this last spring. With that being said, they will no longer allow food, gum, color drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) in the pool area. Please be diligent in cleaning up after yourself. Please notify your athletes of this change and assist them in cleaning up after themselves. Thank you.
Sickness
Please make sure to keep your athletes home if they are sick or not feeling good. We do not want our staff, athletes, and families to get sick during the season!
