Christopher Morgan, High Performance Director and National Team Coach

Coach Chris comes to Revolution Aquatic Club as a tenured Performance coach and Lead coach with a resume that boasts development and success at all levels of swimming. His philosophy has always been to give a vision of how to succeed to every individual he works with and help them understand that the drive must come from within. He is incredibly humbled to be part of Revolution and looks forward to having an environment of challenge and fun together!

Chris arrives (as many families may know) after most recently guiding a large New England team over the past ten years. Prior to that, Chris served as the Women’s Assistant at Harvard. (Our Princeton Tigers on staff do their best to ignore this part.) Chris spent 15 years in Switzerland, progressing from Head club coach, to National Team member, to Head Coach of multiple International Championship including the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. Chris started his coaching career in California (1992-1997) where he worked with clubs and high schools (including his Alma mater Los Altos high school) and most significantly his coaching at Stanford University under legendary coach Richard Quick.

Chris graduated from the University of California at Davis with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. During his time in Switzerland he completed his M.S. in Sports Science with an emphasis in Human Movement. And, during the Covid pandemic, Chris continued to show his desire in education and self-development by pursuing a PhD in Exercise Science. Chris hopes that showing his athletes his own desire to learn will also promote an “education first” attitude to all the athletes.

Chris feels his most important fortune in his life is his wife NOK. They live in North Shore and enjoy canoeing and antique shopping together.

Jenny Eaddy, Head Coach

Coach Jenny started as a USA Swimming coach with East Bay Aquatic Club (EBAC) in East Providence, Rhode Island after college. During her 5 years with EBAC, she led their top group, sending numerous swimmers on to successful college careers, including a Division III All American. She returned to coaching in 2023, joining as an assistant across multiple groups with another team and eventually worked as the assistant to the high performance group.
In the years between coaching stints, Jenny worked at Johnson & Johnson, Genzyme, Sanofi, Immunogen, and most recently Abbvie as an executive in their Regulatory departments, helping these firms navigate the intricacies of the drug approval process with the U.S. FDA and similar international agencies. As it would happen, dealing with government agencies prepares you well for handling kids on a pool deck.
As a swimmer herself, Jenny was a Junior National finalist in the 200 back with EBAC. She went on to swim for four years at Clemson, including as a member of Clemson's 1997 ACC Championship. After college, Jenny returned to Providence and swam masters while working full time and coaching at PAC setting numerous New England Masters individual records and National relay records. In 2013, she was inducted into the Rhode Island Aquatics Hall of Fame.
Jenny lives in Sudbury, MA with her husband Jason, their two boys, and their two crazy dogs.
