Our final week of our August – September Interim programme. Our next interim program will follow the current schedule and will run from 21st September – 16th October.

21st September – 16th October Interim Program

The Swim Academy will cater for Year Grades of 7, 8, 9 & 10 at Stamford pool. Students will be allocated to a training bubble based on their Grade and will remain in those bubbles. The programme will be differentiated according to their ability level and prospective squad ( Development or Performance).

Sessions will run for a duration of approximately 2 hours. Morning sessions will run from 6am-8am and afternoons from 4:15-6:30pm. One coach will be responsible for a maximum of 3 bubbles of 5 students. As part of the Safe Management plan, to reduce intermingling swimmers are unable to change bubbles or days. A reminder that swimmers are unable to store equipment on poolside.

Due to limited capacity, swimmers are expected to attend both AM & PM sessions.

New swimmers must pre-register for their allocated spaces using our SIGN-UP LINK on a first-come-first-served basis.

Withdraw

Kindly note that current registered attendees will be automatically enrolled onto the next interim programme (swim & land) from September 21st to October 16th. If you wish to withdraw from your slot, kindly email [email protected] to confirm your withdrawal in writing.

 

Fees

This year we have enlisted the support of ‘CardUp’ who have enabled us to accept card payments online for our Athletic Academies. We are able to track and confirm payments much more quickly as well as accept all major credit cards.

As previously advised, the Swim Academy is currently able to deliver two services:

  1. Coached Pool Sessions + Online Dryland @ $200 + Credit Card Fee
  2. Online Dryland Only @ $80 + Credit Card Fee

In order to facilitate payments, a 2.5% credit card fee is automatically added to the final bill by CardUp. Coached Pool sessions (inclusive of Online Dryland) will cost $205 and Online Dryland only will cost $82.

Please remember that swim fees can now no longer be made through Finance. Any payments submitted to Finance will be utilized against future bills, however full and final payment is due through the CardUp link.

Online Dry-Land Series Update

This week the Stamford Lions Swim Academy started Cycle 2 Week 1 of their online dryland series! Focusing on movement capacity, the new programme included previous exercise from our last cycle that need a tad more development but also included various new movements too!

Our cycle 2 incorporates our strength bands pack available for purchase at the Stamford Pool Office. If you are in the Junior Development Squad and above, be sure to order yourself a pack by emailing [email protected]
