We were delighted to hear this week that one of our recent plans was accepted to get more of our students back in the water! Our Aquatics Staff have worked tirelessly to meet requirements and our persistence has paid off.
Changes to Training Schedule
With our new plan we welcome Grade 6 by to Stamford Pool! We have also been able to add additional sessions for current training groups. In adding additional sessions, our expectation is swimmers will increase their frequency of training. At Grade 6 & 7 level, we are asking swimmers to commit to 1x PM session or 1x AM & 1x PM session. Our price for both groups is the same.

We do have limited spaces, but we do have room for all current students enrolled with us. Our numbers are still being restricted so our aim is to maximise the amount of pool space being used by the swimmers consistently after school.

Withdraw
Kindly note that current registered attendees will be automatically enrolled onto the next interim programme (swim & land) from September 21st to October 16th. If you wish to withdraw from your slot, kindly email [email protected] to confirm your withdrawal in writing.
Fees
This year we have enlisted the support of ‘CardUp’ who have enabled us to accept card payments online for our Athletic Academies. We are able to track and confirm payments much more quickly as well as accept all major credit cards.
As previously advised, the Swim Academy is currently able to deliver two services:
1. Coached Pool Sessions + Online Dryland @ $150 + Credit Card Fee
2. Online Dryland Only @ $60 + Credit Card Fee
In order to facilitate payments, a 2.5% credit card fee is automatically added to the final bill by CardUp.
Please remember that swim fees can now no longer be made through Finance. Any payments submitted to Finance will be utilized against future bills, however full and final payment is due through the CardUp link.
Steps to Payment

3. Insert correct amount (either $150 or $60 depending on signup)
4. Payment Reference = “Student Name – Swim Academy”
a. Eg. Paul Dowey – Swim Academy
5. Insert contact & credit card details
6. Re-check Payment Reference and click submit

Prescribed Swim Sessions & Online Land
We miss our elementary students! In an effort to keep our swimmers in fighting shape we have not only been doing our online dry-land workouts but also been prescribing at-home swim sessions.
