Lions at Singapore Swimming Time Trials in February

📣 SINGAPORE TIME TRIALS 13yrs & OVER 📣

Our Stamford 🦁 Lions Swim Academy 🦁was in action at OCBC Aquatic Centre over the weekend with 8 of our student-athletes competing. Cristina, Courtney, Jaiden, Seth, Ethan, Lang, Latisha and Hana were all representing Stamford American in the 🇸🇬 Singapore Swimming Time Trials 🇸🇬 . The meet was open to all swimmers throughout Singapore aged 13yrs and over. This was the first meet in a long course pool (50m) for the first time in a long time.

With 21 events spread out through the weekend it was a long day for Coach Oneida, but the swimmers were well looked after. There were 12 PBS from 21 events swim and no DQs. A 57.1% PB rate is not a bad start to the first long course race!
