Goals for Swimmers

Swimmers in the Blue and Red groups are asked to complete the 2024-25 FAST goal sheet and submit to their coach. Coaches will keep goal sheets with them at meets and practices- and discuss/ update them with swimmers. See your group coach if you haven't received and filled out your goal sheet for this season.
