Mission Statement.

Fins Swim Team’s mission is to develop excellence, accountability, and self-drive in young athletes in the sport of swimming. The coaching staff accomplishes this through on-deck instruction as well off-deck mentorship.

Vision Statement.

To create, maintain and continuously develop a family orientated community that strives to excel in all aspects of the development of children of all ages through the valuable lessons the sport of swimming has to offer!

To develop values of accountability, self drive, self confidence, communication and goal development both in the water and in life.
