Important Update: New Pool Location and note to Fins family Parents
Dear Fins Family,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to communicate with you about an important change that will affect our swim team for the next couple of months. Due to the recent decision by the county of rebuilding and updating the Bluffton pool, our swim practices will now be held at the Battery Creek pool instead of the Bluffton pool. I understand that this change may bring about some concerns and uncertainties, but I want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
First and foremost, I want to emphasize that our primary goal remains the same - to provide the best possible support and opportunities for your swimmers. While the change in pool location may present some challenges, we are fully prepared to adapt and ensure that our athletes continue to thrive in their swimming journey.
We understand that each swimmer has unique needs and circumstances, and we are committed to being flexible and accommodating to meet those needs. Whether it's adjusting practice schedules, providing transportation assistance, or addressing special requirements, we are here to support your swimmers every step of the way. Our dedicated coaching staff and Booster Club parents will work closely with each swimmer to ensure they receive the attention and guidance they need to excel.
In addition to the Battery Creek pool, I am thrilled to say that we will also have a Bluffton location to do smaller, stroke work type of practices for age group one and two. This additional location will allow us to provide more focused attention and tailored practices specifically designed for this age group technique work. More information will be sent out soon regarding how that will work and where it will be.
Please remember that open communication is crucial during this transition. If you have any concerns, problems, or suggestions, I encourage you to reach out to me directly. Your feedback is invaluable, and we cannot provide effective solutions if we are not aware of the challenges you may be facing. Together, we can work towards finding the best possible accommodations for your swimmers.
Lastly, I want to remind you that our swim team is a close-knit community, and we are all in this together.
