TEAM COMMITMENT FORM - DUE Sunday, Sept 29 at 11:59pm PST
**The meet will be limited to the first ~550 committed athletes. Priority will be given to teams meeting the 25 athlete threshold. The emphasis of the meet is TEAM competition. We want teams to be able to travel with their full training groups and have a competitive TEAM race**

Flying into Harry Reid Airport (LAS): Las Vegas's main airport offers most airlines. Additionally, there are plenty of rental car company options available at the Rent-A-Car Center.

Hello Coaches,
 
We are now taking commitments for the 10th annual TYR Las Vegas Super Finals Invite! By receiving this email, your club either attended last year or you have reached out expressing interest in attending this year's meet.
 
Attached is the unofficial Meet Form for this year's meet. We will send out the approved meet info once it is officially sanctioned. We are running the meet December 12-15 at Pavilion Center Pool in Las Vegas, Nevada.
 
For this year's meet, we want to heavily focus on the TEAM aspect and promote the TEAM competition. Therefore, we will be prioritizing team entries based on clubs that bring 25 or more athletes. Additionally, by bringing 25+ athletes, your team is not subject to the time standards to promote full teams/training groups being able to compete at the same meet.
 
We have a soft limit of ~550 total athletes entered (~375 non-Sandpipers) to keep the prelim timelines relatively reasonable and allow everyone to have a great experience in Las Vegas. Once that number is reached, we will have a waiting list to add additional teams/athletes once we receive official team entries. When team commitments of 25+ athletes have slowed down, we will accept smaller team entries in a first come, first serve basis.
 
To commit to the 2024 #LVSuperFinals, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM. The deadline is tentatively set for Sunday, September 29 at 11:59pm PST. We ask for a down payment to ensure your commitment to the meet. We will deduct your down payment from your final meet entries fee amount when entries are accepted and finalized.
 
HOTELS: We have two hotel blocks with great rates set up for our visiting teams, both a resort option & a non-gaming option. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE ROOM BLOCKS! Both are very close to the pool and have easy access to the Strip/tourist things your team or families may want to do while in Vegas. If the blocks are full or you need assistance with organizing a team activity, contact us to help you.
