Blue Group - Time: 6:00 pm to 7:05 pm Cost $115.00 per month

Roughly ages 6 to 13

Qualifications as follows:

• Able to swim freestyle and backstroke.
• Some knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly kick
• Must be able to follow commands and instructions.

Goals:

• Continue to become proficient at freestyle and backstroke.
• Learn the basics of the other two strokes, breaststroke and butterfly.
• Exposure to additional areas of racing such as dive starts, body position and turns.
• We recommend your child attend at least 3 practices a week.
• Blue group swimmers goals should be to obtain blue time standards and attend swim meets. 

Equipment Required:

• Kick board
• Goggles
• Swim Cap
• Fins
• Pool Buoy
• Swim Jammers (boys), One piece swimsuits (girls) no strings.

Participation in swim meets is recommended and encouraged. All HVDA swimmers competing for the team must wear our Team HVDA swim cap.
