Don't forget, practice ends February 15 (Thursday) unless you have qualified for Southeasterns, Sectionals, or Jr. Nationals. An announcement for practice time for our Championship swimmers will be made soon. Reminder, If you need to be done TODAY, send an email ASAP or billing will charge you for half of February.

Wednesday-The CWAC is closed again today and most roads are still icy, so NO PRACTICE TODAY! Thursday-Hopefully back to normal, will let you know for sure Thursday morning. Friday!!!-We will have a makeup practice for SILVER l, SILVER ll and GOLD. Both Silver groups start at 4, and Gold starts at 4:30

No practice again today, Tuesday 1/16. Hopefully we'll be able to practice on Wednesday!

Don't forget to sign up or edit your entries for the Madison meet by 6pm tonight. POPS week is moving to next week to make sure everyone can participate. Normally, if the CWAC pool is open we do not cancel practice for weather, school closing, etc. If we need to cancel any practice this week, an email will be sent and posted here in the news as soon as we know. For the week of practice January 15-20, we will be handing out popsicles to participating swimmers after each practice. This is a reward for some really hard work this season! Every swimmer, every practice! This treat is provided by one of our generous sponsors, BELOW CHIROPRACTIC. ***A parent or two may be asked to assist so that the coaches can keep coaching! Please make sure the wrappers and sticks are placed where they belong.

Christmas Day (Monday): NO PRACTICE ***Day after Christmas (Tuesday): BRONZE-no practice. ***ALL OTHER GROUPS START AT at 2pm! (SI, SII, GOLD)*** New Year's Day (Monday 1/1): NO PRACTICE

The coaches have been passing out our new team shirts and orders the last couple of weeks. If you haven't picked yours up yet, you can go by the Aquatics office at the CWAC. Everything left is in a big blue box, and all items are bagged with name on it. If you can't get by the CWAC before practice Monday, just make sure you pick up your items next week.

Just a reminder to Gold and Silver l, no practice on Saturday due to the HSA meet.
