MORE ABOUT US!

We are a competitive swim team that strives to maintain a healthy competitive environment both in the pool and out.  We value the personal development of each individual as they move through the sport.  We know and understand that character is not developed by traveling a smooth road and we look forward to the bumps in the road your child may experience and will use those experiences to help them develop into champions both in and out of the pool!

With this approach, we strive to be a low-stress-low-pressure team.  We know that hard work, consistency, and setting realistic goals builds a quality person who gets the best results. We celebrate the achievements of our swimmers, not just when they "win" a race, but also when a swimmer achieves a personal best.  A great aspect of our sport is the objective measure of time.  Swimmers may not be able to win their event, but it is possible to swim a personal best time in any race.  DQ's are not to be major disappointments, but an opportunity to identify technical mistakes and strive to correct them.

The potential each swimmer has will vary greatly.  Our goal is to inspire our kids to "go for it" and make the most out of their time and to take great pride in their training and personal journey.  Our coaches value EVERY SWIMMER on the team.  Our job is to make sure they value their own journey through the sport (and that the parents do as well).
Swimmers, we want you to dream big, set goals, work hard and smart, never give up, have fun and enjoy the process.
Parents, we expect you to provide unconditional support and love for your child-swimmer.  Trust the coaches and allow them to do what they do best.

Every day we strive to provide an environment where personal excellence, honesty and commitment are expected of all of us.  Through the pursuit of our dreams and goals we will learn valuable life skills and develop the drive to achieve our potential in swimming and life.  We are committed to fostering a healthy environment (mentally and physically) where kids are not afraid to fall down, fall short or fail in the lofty pursuit of their dreams; this is where character is developed.  This is where we grow champions for life.
