Price: $85/month

Description: This is the first level of age group swimming. This group will train in a competitive environment. The focus will be on technique in all four strokes, as well as starts and turns. The swimmers will learn how to race and set goals. Athletes in this group are encouraged to swim in at least four meets each year. We will train using time intervals and equipment. This group will prepare the swimmers for the Silver group.

Practice: 3 to 4 times per week, 1 hour- any combination of days

Monday & Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm 

Friday 6:00-7:00pm

This group will attend Saturday practices at the Ooltewah location on Saturdays from 8:00-10:00
