STAC’s Meet Check-In Policy

All swimmers must arrive at meets a minimum of 15 minutes before the warm-up of your swimmer's session

At every meet, swimmers must check in with the Meet Coach upon arrival at least 15 minutes before the first warm-up begins. You need to calculate possible traffic and walking into the facility. Parents are not allowed on deck. Send your swimmers to their coaches on the deck, and take a seat in the stands or parent seating area.

Be Prepared!

  • Review the meet packet & entries to know the location and your swimmer’s events.

  • Check our website under the events tab to see updated session/warm-up times, as they may change.

  • Mark your swimmer’s arm with a Sharpie grid (on their non-writing arm). Fill in heat and lane assignments once at the meet.

  • Most host meets require parents to print their own heat sheets before arriving. Some will have them for sale at the meet, and this will be disclosed in the meet info packet.
