Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed this past weekend. Our first meet of the season is officially in the books! A special congratulations to Ivy Beaird, Easton DeGreer, Andrew Delarosa, Ashton Ervin, Raygan Hurst, Elliot Lindstrom, Major Rowe, and Rayleigh Tate for competing in their first meet as STAC swimmers.
My favorite part of the meet was watching 9 best times in the 13& over 50 free in a row. It can be hard to drop time in this event, and our swimmers went 9/9!

FREESTYLE STROKE CLINIC SEPTEMBER 27TH:
Sharpen your skills and gain a competitive edge! This clinic will focus on improving technique, efficiency, and speed in freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers will receive hands-on instruction, drills, and personalized feedback designed to build confidence and power in the water.

MTAC OCTOBER OPEN:
We are pleased to invite all practice groups to participate in the upcoming MTAC October Open Meet, scheduled for October 24β26th at Compton Aquatic Center.
This meet provides an excellent opportunity for swimmers of all levels to gain racing experience, measure progress, and represent our team in a supportive and competitive environment. We strongly encourage all athletes to take advantage of this chance to compete.
