This program caters to players from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on skill development across various aspects such as swimming, fitness, ball skills, tactics, and team strategies. Above all, it emphasizes the enjoyment of playing in tournaments and games, fostering a love for the sport of water polo!
Shore's water polo teams are comprised of inspiring and motivated young athletes competing at higher levels. The 14U program offers year-round practice, participating in scrimmages, local and travel leagues, and tournaments. With three dedicated training days for water polo, there are also optional swim training practices available with Coach Kristin Kredell.
Sessions for 2025-2026 are available, and new members can join at any time with pro-rated fees.

All boys and girls aged 12-14 (7th and 8th graders) who are interested in learning how to play water polo are encouraged to join us!
Participants must be able to swim a full 50 meters without assistance and should be comfortable with basic swimming skills.
Swim tests will be administered by Shore's coaching staff before practice begins.

- The fee on January 1st, 2026, will be determined by dividing the total cost equally over 7 months, from January 5th to July 17th, 2026. No charge for 01/19/26, 02/16/26, 05/25/26, 04/03/26-04/10/26, 06/19/26.
Optional additional Swim Training Days are available for the 14U Girls Water Polo Team. We highly encourage all 14U Girls players to participate in swim training and compete in upcoming Swim Meets this Fall. These additional swim sessions will help improve their skills and performance in the water polo season.
Swim Days are available on Mondays and Wednesdays. You must be a registered player in the 14U Girls Water Polo program to sign up for Water Polo Swim Training.
