Practice Test Sets
For the past few weeks we have been running test sets during practice. These sets are meant to be guidelines for the swimmers to track their improvements. Linked below is a Google spreadsheet that has the results from all of these sets. We will continue to do these sets throughout the season and I will update the spreadsheet after each set. If your swimmers name is not on the list, it is because they were not there on the day that we did these sets. We hope that you will use this information to set goals for yourself.
