- Abuse/Misconduct Form *Every Coach is required to sign this annually
- Oschmann Background Check Form & Credit/Debit Card Authorization - These forms should be sent directly to Oschmann not to the SAAA Secretary. The form and credit card authorization should be sent to: [email protected]. Only the results of the background check need to be sent to the SAAA Secretary.
Dive Certifications: The certification checklist (or equivalent spreadsheet) must be in the team insurance binders for all meets, invitationals, and championships.
