Background

Coach Shao has more than 30 years of experience as a competitive swimmer, NCAA collegiate athlete, Swimming teacher, club team head coach and professional team coach.  She was a former member of China's Olympic Swim Team and a China National Champion.  Coach Shao was also a private coach of an Olympic Swimmer and was the China provincial team coach which had one swimmer who finished fourth in the Olympics Games
