After your swim meet, produce your own .pdf of the results from Meet Manager, and the Meet Results File (.hy3) for posting.  Send  the above files along with a full backup file of the meet to the Florida Swimming Office. If you send your own .pdf file, we prefer them to be in "publication" order and 2 or 3 column.
