USA Swimming has had a policy of inclusion for all events and competitions. Guidelines for officials, coaches and athletes are published in article 105 of the rulebook. Implementation of those guidelines is left to each zone, LSC and club. The following are suggestions to better implement this policy for Swimmers with a Disability.
