SZ Athletes Summit Proposal
Greetings Everyone!
Attached you will find information for the 2024 Southern Zone Athlete Summit and Olympic Watch Party. We believe the information provided should answer most of your questions, but please note the contact email addresses at the bottom of the Information document to send any questions.
I would like to acknowledge the efforts of several to get this Summit off the ground: Ruth-Ann Bode, our DEI chair and Louisville resident has been tremendously helpful in our organization and requests with UL, which were just finalized on Thursday; Megan Braman, our Senior Athlete Director, is the creative graphic designer of the Summit’s logo and other graphics we’ll be seeing; Nicole Caruso is brilliant with documents and document content; Bruno Darzi is our Merchandise Specialist and always goes after the best pricing without sacrificing quality; and Herb Schwab, who has an eagle-eye for dates and dollars!
