At the Fall Technical Planning Meeting, it was decided to keep the current MSI State Meet time standards for the upcoming 2013 Short Course State. It was also voted to change MSI State Meet Time Standards to the BB motivational time standards as adopted and set by USA Swimming for all age groups and events. New Non-Athlete membership requirements for 2012 ATHLETE PROTECTION TRAINING In order to renew for 2012, all non-athlete members will be required to complete an online athlete protection training course through Praesidium, Inc. members are required to complete this course every two years. The course will be available online and accessed through the USA swimming website. It will take about an hour to complete and is free.
