Costa Rica Delegation is 118 strong for 2013 CCCAN Championships COSTA RICA--A report indicates that the Costa Rican Swimming & Affiliates Federation, Federación Costarricense de Natación y Afines (FECONA), has announced a 118 swimmer team for the 2013 CCCAN Championship, which the nation will host next week in San Jose.
