Aquatic Federation of Canada names award winners for 2011 OTTAWA – Swimmer Ryan Cochrane of Victoria and diver Jennifer Abel of Laval, Que., were named the male and female athletes of the year for 2011 today by the Aquatic Federation of Canada.
