COACH WILL CARSON

Hello team Hydro! Coach William Carson here! I am so honored to lead our white group in Port Orange and look forward to the challenge of getting those kids to the next level! At the end of my first year of high school swim, I was inspired to continue this wonderful sport. I was a competitive swimmer for 4+ years with Hydro and ABSOLUTELY loved it! Between practices and swim meets, I also volunteered as a YMCA Summer Swim League instructor, providing youngsters with their first experience with proper form and technique. When I was younger my summers were filled with Junior Lifeguard Camps in Volusia County, which transitioned my attention to becoming an ocean lifeguard. I just finished my third season as a beach guard and enjoyed my position this summer as a junior lifeguard instructor. Freetime you ask? More water time, I really enjoy surfing! I am currently attending Daytona State College and focusing my studies towards the medical field.

See you all at the pool!

COACH ISABELLA BRUNACCI

Hi everyone! I’m Coach Bella! Since I was young, swimming has been an important part of my life. Competitive swimming and surfing have been my favorite hobbies. I began swimming at the age of 7 with the YMCA swim league and continued to swim with club teams until I graduated Deland High School. I am currently on track to study psychology. I fell in love with swimming and the technical aspect of it. I’ve always enjoyed helping my teammates, friends, and especially kids. I am looking forward to instilling the same love for technicality in my swimmers while keeping learning fun. I’m so grateful to be apart of the Ormond Hydro Team!
