The goal of Life Time Swim Team is to create a team environment 

1. that inspires swimmers, parents, coaches, and anyone that comes into contact with our team.

2. where all swimmers feel safe, supported, welcome, and respected.

3. where life lessons are being taught at all times, in and out of the pool.

4. that promotes friendship, sportsmanship, competitiveness, hard work, dedication, and passion.

5. where teammates can rely on each other and their coaches to push them, to motivate them, to cheer them on, and to help them achieve their goals.
