Williamsburg Aquatic Club Code of Conduct for Coaches:

1.  Adhere to all USA Swimming rules and Code of Conduct

1. Show respect and Sportsmanship to all Participants, Fans, Officials and other Coaches.

1. Act and Dress with a Professional Manner at both Practices and Meets.

1. Instruct your Swimmers in Sportsmanship and insist that they display good Sportsmanship.

1. Coach in a positive Manner.  Do not use derogatory or abusive Language.

1. Treat all Athletes that you are working with equally.

1. Place the Well-being, Health and Safety of your swimmers above all other considerations.

1. Always keep a professional separation between the Coach & the Athlete.

Complaints of the Coaching behavior will go to the Head Coach and then to the Board of Directors if need be to resolve the Matter.
