Summer Fees:

The following fees are the cost of the summer swim session (June – July). However, the summer swim session will be free for any swimmer who swims all three school year sessions (September – May). **Summer Fees must be paid in FULL before the swimmer starts practice**

Levels A, B & C - $450 
Levels D & E - $250 
Levels F & G - $100 

Multi-Athlete Discount

Discount of 10% for the 2nd Swimmer and beyond for the regular (Fall through Spring) season
**Discount is applied to the Swimmer(s) with the lowest fees.

Fundraising

WAC only has one required fundraiser per year - our annual raffle. Each swimmer must raise $150 but families are capped at a total of $300 fundraising requirement per year.

​Additional Fees

• Registration Fee:  Swimmers in Levels A through E each pay a $100 registration fee when they sign up for the year. Levels F and G do not have any registration fee.  
• USA Swimming:  $88 registration required for all swimmers.​
• Core and Weights (Level A and B swimmers only): WJCC Recreation Center membership is required for all Level A and B swimmers. The WJCC Recreation fee is $90 for the year. ​
• Required Team Swimsuit: We are an Arena team and they require each member to have an Arena team suit. The cost of the suit will be billed to your account.
• Meets:  Swimmers must pay fees to swim in meets  Meet fees are set by host teams, and include Virginia Swimming fees. Fees can vary by meet, but entry fees are always noted on the registration form. WAC pays all relay fees.​

Billing Schedule

Families may either pay by session or by month.  There is no premium for for choosing session billing.  There is an approximate 5.5% premium for choosing monthly billing.  Accounts will be billed as follows:

Session Registration:

• Fees - September 1st (session 1), December 1st (session 1), March 1st (session 3)
• Meets - the 1st of each month after the meet is billed

Monthly Registration:

• Fees - the 1st of each month for 9 months, beginning on September 1st
• Meets - the 1st of each month after the meet is billed

Forms of Payment

Each swimmer is required to register with one of the following payment methods.

• ACH (Automatic Debit): is accepted for session fees, monthly installments and meet fees.  ACH payments are automatically processed the first day of the month. There are no fees for using ACH.
• Credit Cards: are accepted for session fees, monthly installments and meet fees.  Credit card payments incur a $.30 per transaction fee as well as 2.95% of the total transaction. This charge added to your account at the time you use your credit card. Credit card payments are processed the first of the month.  Your credit card can be saved to your WAC account to be used for all charges or you can input a credit card for a one time charge.

Payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.

Late Payments

Bcause families are required to sign up using ACH or a credit card, we don't expect late payments. Here is our policy for rejected withdrawals or credit card charges:

• Rejected ACH Withdrawal - the family will be responsible for any penalties/fees WAC incurs from the rejected withdrawal. We'll notify the family of the issue and re-submit for payment 2 weeks later
• Rejected Credit Card Charge - the family will beresponsible for any penalties/fees WAC incurs from the rejected charge. We'll notify the family of the issue and re-submit for payment 2 weeks later

In addition we have the following policies in place for families with past-due balances:

• Families with accoutns 60+ days overdue will not be allowed to participate in meets or practice with the team
• Accounts must have a $0 balance in order to register for the next swim season.
