Still Need a few more volunteers

 
Parents,

We still need a few more volunteers for this evening's meet.  If you could take the time to either sign-up on the event volunteer sign-up on the website or come to the Awards/Computer Table tonight when you arrive at the meet, it would be helpful.

We seem to have enough first half timers, but we will need a lot of volunteers for the 2nd half.  The meet is currently scheduled to end around 10:15.  If we can't start on time or have to take a long break to recruit volunteers for the 2nd half that will delay the meet.

Thanks in advance for understanding that there is a way that everyone can help to keep the meet moving smoothly and efficiently.  Please don't wait to be asked.
