We need two more parents

 
We need a female marshall for the first session - your swimmers will remain on deck and all you are doing is making sure kids don't run on the steps and make a mess in the locker room.  You have access to the deck to see your swimmer.

We need a male hall marshall and a Male Team Leader (preferably a dad of a 9-10 yr old boy but we'll take a dad of a 13-18 too).  The hall marshall just montiors the hall and the team leader walks boys down to the clerk periodically as the events are called to the clerk.
