Holiday Practice Schedule

Senior, Blue and Purple groups will practice from 8:00 - 10:30 AM at Woodberry on Dec 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31.

We will offer afternoon practices at HealthNutz for the Purple, Red, and White groups from 4:15-5:15 on Dec 23, 26, 30 and Jan 2nd.

For the swimmers attending morning practice there is an option for two a day workouts at Woodberry in the afternoon.  Details will be announced at morning practices.
