Sherieka Trotter was born in Seattle, WA November 30 th 1979. She is the eldest of 7 brothers and sisters.
From her early years, she was a great teacher and role model for her younger siblings: babysitting,
cooking, caring for, and organizing family games. She attended and graduated from Cleveland High
School in 1998, this same year, she began instructing the Baby Dangerettes Drill Team, from the Rainer
Vista Boys and Girls Club, and lead the group there for 18yrs. She also coached girls youth basketball for
the same organization for 4yrs, taking the team to the Championship every year. She has specialized in
teaching drill/dance/step/percussion and basketball. She taught drill team and dance at Madrona K-8
School and Seattle Girls School both of Seattle WA for the 5 yrs. Her love for youth and the community
has given her great recognition in these areas. Her teams have performed for the Mayor to Bill Gates
and other Major Events. She was the Central Area Community Festival Chair in 2008 and was recognized
at the Annual Community Event for her positive attitude, hard work, and dedication to Seattle youth. In
2011 she took her love of all things drill, dance, acrobatics, percussion and more and founded and
Directed the non profit organization The Daughters of Royalty Drill Team and Drum Squad. This
organization offers youth ages 4-21, and their families a way to grow, perform, and interact with their
community. She currently resides In Seattle WA and continues to teach, drill,dance, step, and percussion
in various parts of the community. She never hesitates to lend a helping hand whether it's picking a child
up for a performance, throwing a sleep over to give parents a night off, purchasing performance items,
or just lending an ear. Sherieka is well known for her positive attitude, determination and patience. Her
love for youth prompted her to obtain her commercial drivers license in 2014.
She also believes that touch is healing and obtained her LMT in 2017. She owns and operates Handtastic Massage LLC in Seattle WA
