Volunteer info and Positions

How many volunteer hours are required?

Volunteer hours vary from year to year and are based on the number of families signed up and the number of volunteer positions we need to provide both at home and away meets. Typically, every family is usually asked to work between 5-8 shifts.  A shift is usually 1/2 of a swim meet, set up or clean up, or you can help with a job that lasts all season.  If you prefer not to volunteer, you can choose to forfeit your volunteer fee.  If you chose to forfeit your volunteer fee we will need to know prior to swim team starting so we can calculate the number of shifts per family. This date on which we must be informed will be communicated in email as we approach practices commencing.

2025 Volunteer deposit is $500
