Monday August 2nd Clinic for Bronze, Silver, Gold Groups
Monday August 2nd; Special Practice
Monday, August 2nd we will have a special practice for Bronze, Silver and Gold groups at Juanita starting at 5:15pm. Alex Beyer, 2 time Division II National Champion (400 IM), D3 record holder (same event) and 22 time all-american will be doing a presentation for the swimmers.
I don’t know exactly when we will be done, but plan on 1-2 hours.
Alex will be sharing some of his experiences, as well as some training and stroke tips with the swimmers. He will work with them in and out of the water.
