Stroke Clinics
Coaches Dave and Erin will be hosting stroke clinics open to all Wave swimmers 9 years and older every other month. Our first clinic will be Sunday, October 3rd from 5:30-6:30pm at the Juanita Aquatic Center.
At this first clinic we will be covering turns. Swimmers should bring a dvd or jump drive that can store a video file for swimmers to view later. The coaches will be doing some filming during the clinic in order to help swimmers learn.
The cost of the clinic will be $20. You can sign-up online through the website just like signing up for a meet. You can find the event through the link below, but you must sign-in to the website first.
