June 16-19 Weekend Practice Schedule

Weekend Schedule (June 16-19)

With several of our coaches (and a bunch of swimmers) in Spokane this weekend, there are a few changes to the practice schedule this weekend:

Thursday- normal practice; if you are traveling to Spokane and can get at least a little time in the pool that would be recommended

Friday- NO COLMAN PRACTICE;

Groups at Redmond

8 & Unders- normal dive practice 5:00- 5:30pm

Bronze- 5:00- 6:00pm

All Silver I & II- 6:00- 7:30pm

Groups at Juanita

Bronze- 6:45- 7:45pm

Senior and Gold- 5:00-7:00pm

Saturday- everyone at Juanita

Senior, Gold, Silver I & II- 8:00- 10:00am

Bronze- 8:30- 10:00am

8 & Unders- 9:00- 10:00am

Sunday- no practice for either Silver I or HP
