Saturday Practice Reminder

This Saturday, July 23^rd we will only have practice for those swimmers who are swimming in the PNS LC Championship meet next weekend.

All other swimmers should be at the Summer Grand Challenge meet in Tacoma.

• Gold will swim 7:30-10am
• Bronze and both Silver groups will swim 8-10am
