July 25-30 Practice Schedule

There are some adjustments to the practice schedule this week mostly for the Gold group, however Silver swimmers who have been swimming at Colman should note the schedule below as well.

The changes in the schedule are due to getting ready to swim fast this coming weekend and because of the PNS LC meet (Thursday- Sunday).

The abbreviated times at Colman should mirror what the Senior swimmers are doing so as not to affect car pools.

Gold Group Practice Schedule:

Monday- 10:00am-11:15am at Colman and 5:00-6:00pm at Redmond

Tuesday- 7:30-9:00am at Colman

Wednesday- 8:30- 10:00am at Juanita, no evening practice

Thursday- No Colman Practice, swim with Silver groups at Redmond 6:00-7:30pm if not at PNS

Friday- Swim with Silver groups at Juanita 5:00-6:30pm if not at PNS

Saturday- Swim with Silver group at Juanita 8:00-10:00am if not at PNS

There are no other anticipated practice schedule changes for the 8 & Under, Bronze, Silver I & II groups.
