Thanksgiving Weekend Practice Reminder (as was sent out with the Weekly Update):

Thursday: no practice, Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Friday: morning practice at JAC 8am-10:30am

·          Explore 1 & 2: 9:30-10:30am

·          Challenge 1 & 2: 9:30-10:30am

·          Achieve 1 & 2: 8:00- 9:30am

·          Excel 1 & 2: 8:00- 10:00am

·          High School: 8:00- 10:00am

Saturday: no changes- normal practice

Sunday: no changes- normal practice; Excel 1 & 2 swimmers can attend at Redmond from 4:30-6:00pm (highly recommended if practices have been missed over the past few days)
