This is a reminder that due to two meets this weekend, there are some practice adjustments:

Saturday

Excel 1 & 2                  7:00-9:00am @JAC

High School                 7:30-9:00am @JAC

Achieve 1 & 2              7:30-9:00am @JAC

Challenge 1 & 2          9:00-10:00am @JAC

Explore 1 & 2              9:00-10:00am @JAC

·          All swimmers will be at Juanita.

·          ONLY those swimmers who are swimming in the March Madness (Sunday only), 10 & Under Pentathlon or Age Group Regional Championship meets are eligible to attend this practice.
