Weekend Reminders for May 5-6 Weekend

Normal practice schedule (not including Perform and HP) except Achieve will again be at Juanita on Sunday from 4:30-6:00pm.

Saturday: warm-ups begin at 8:30am. Arrive by 8:15am wearing a black Wave t-shirt.

Sunday: warm-ups begin at 7:30am . Arrive by 7:15am wearing a white Wave t-shirt.

Swimmers must check in for all of their events:

· All events will deck-seeded, requiring a positive check-in with the Clerk of Course by the posted deadline in order to swim.

· Swimmers not checking in for these events by the posted and announced deadline will be scratched without penalty.

· Swimmers checking in for these events and failing to show for their swim will be disqualified from their next individual event.

Positive Check-in Deadlines:

Saturday

Events 1-4 by 9:15am

Events 5-14 by 10:15am

Event 15 by 12:00pm

Sunday

Events 17-18 by 8:15am

Events 19-29 by 9:15am

Event 31 by 11:00am
