Saturday Practice- Explore Practice at Redmond 8:00-9:00am; all other group practices cancelled due to November AGI Swim Meet at Juanita

Sunday  Practice- Normal Achieve and High School practice at Redmond 4:00-6:00pm

November AGI Swim Meet

Saturday Session 1- 12 & Under swimmers arrival time is 7:45am

Saturday Session 2- 13 & Older swimmers arrival time is 12:25pm

Sunday Session 3- 13 & Older swimmers arrival time is 7:45am

Sunday Session 4- 12 & Under swimmers arrival time is 12:50pm

Thanksgiving Week, November 19-25 Schedule

Monday- No Practice; the coaches are doing a staff in-service

Tuesday/Wednesday- Normal practice schedule

Thursday (Thanksgiving)- 7:00-9:00am practice at Redmond for Achieve and Excel swimmers only; all other groups no practice

Friday/Saturday/Sunday- Normal practice schedule
