Great first meet and first step for many swimmers this season! The coaches loved seeing so many of their swimmers racing.
Each coach selected one swimmer from each group that they coach who they felt raced with the most intensity/effort this past weekend. It doesn’t mean that person dropped the most time or made the most qualifying times, but a completely subjective opinion on who they thought really got after it.

Improvements by Athlete:
Coaches, parents and swimmers all need to start thinking ahead to the November and December meets both in terms of individual and relay events.
We will update relay rankings and post those on the website as soon as we can so everyone knows where they stand in terms of possible relay assignments.
Upcoming Meets/Qualifying Opportunities for the November AGI and December Champs meets include:
· October Challenge, October 12-13 (All Groups)
· Fall Back Meet, November 2 (Primarily Explore, Challenge, Achieve, Varsity groups or anyone that needs an opportunity to make a PNS Gold time for the November AGI meet)
· Wave November Distance Meet, November 3 (Achieve 2 and above; 1000 and 1650 freestyle events)
