Fall Back Meet Recap
The Fall Back Meet on November 2 was the last opportunity for swimmers to qualify for the November AGI meet.
Despite two power outages and some long delays as we waited for the power to come back on, there were some good swims and some new qualifying times for the November AGI meet:

Wave November Distance Meet Recap
The only events offered at this meet were the 1000 Free and the 1650 Free, but we were able to use split times as new best times in the 200, 500 etc.
Best Swim of the Day
Hands down this one goes to Kyle Falkner:
· he set a new 11-12 boys team record in the 1650
· his 1000 split was also an 11-12 boys team record
· his 500 split was the 4th fastest 11-12 boys time in team history

Girls High School State Championships
Congratulations to all of our high school girls who swam at the Washington State High School Championship Meet this past weekend! There were some great swims by Wave swimmers who were there representing their various high school teams.
Here is a run-down of results from our Wave swimmers who were there at the meet, broken out by the 3 different high school state championship meets.
2A Meet
Gabrielle Rector
· Swam the 50 Back on the 200 medley relay placed 7th overall, split 28.25
· 5th in the 200 free going 2:02.59,
· 4th in the 100 back going 1:01.37,
· anchored her 400 free relay splitting 54.94 (GREAT swim!)
3A Meet
Nina Slegaitis
· Swam the 50 back on the 200 medley relay placed 20th, split 31.77
Julia Andersson
· 9th in the 200 free going 1:58.34,
· 15th in the 500 free going 5:24.04 (5:18.58 in prelims)
· 200 free relay split was 25.54 finished 6th
· 400 free relay split was 55.13 finished 8th
4A Meet
Sage Speak
· 6th in the 200 medley relay splitting 24.09 on the free leg
· 4th in the 100 free with a 53.52
· tied for 10th in the 100 breast with a 107.93
· 6th in the 400 free relay with a split time of 53.52
Calista Skog
· 6th in the 200 medley relay splitting 27.60 on the fly leg
· 6th in the 400 free relay with a split time of 57.38
Katie Davidson
· 14th in the 200 medley relay splitting 29.54 on the backstroke leg
· 15th in the 400 free relay with a split time of 56.14 (Great swim Katie!)
Erin Alleva
· 18th in the 200 medley relay splitting 32.78 on the breaststroke leg
· 24th in the 200 IM with a 2:24.11
· 21st in the 100 breast with a 1:11.30
Nikki Bennett
· 19th in the 200 free relay splitting 26.18
