· No Normal Practice for Challenge, Achieve, Excel due to Fall Divisional Swim Meet; PNS only practice for swimmers competing in the PNS 14 & Under Championship Meet who are not swimming at the Fall Divisional Meet on Saturday; Achieve, Excel 7:00-9:00am, Challenge 8:00-9:00am all at Juanita
· Perform and HP will practice as normal at Redmond

Arrival Times for Saturday
· Saturday Session 1 (11 and older girls & boys prelims) 7:40am
· Saturday Session 2 (10 and Under Girls) 1:35pm
· Saturday Session 3 (11 and Older Girls & Boys Finals*) 4:50pm
*Top 12 times from the morning session for 11-12 girls, 11-12 boys, 13 & Older Girls, 13 & Older Boys in each event return to race that event again
What to Wear
Saturday- Classic Black Wave T-shirt, Team Suit, Team Cap (if worn)

Hazen High School Pool

Renton, Washington
Directions: From I-405, take Sunset Blvd. Go east to 142nd Ave SE (Hoquiam Ave NE). Turn right and go to the end of the high school. Turn right into the parking lot. Pool entrance is at the end of parking lot.
